DF Sweeps the 2018 RAMMY's
We couldn’t be prouder of our team members who work tirelessly to ensure DF Multifamily managed communities operate at the highest possible standards
Richmond, VA February 13, 2018
The Central Virginia Apartment Association, a division of the Virginia Apartment Management Association, honored Drucker + Falk at its annual industry awards program, dubbed the “RAMMY’s,” at Central Virginia's largest multifamily event on January 26, 2018. The full service real estate and investment firm was recognized with four awards for its hard work and accomplishments in the multifamily sector, after being evaluated against a record-breaking 300 nominations.
“Winning 3 community of the year awards is a reflection of the quality of our onsite people who interact with our residents on a daily basis,” said Andrew Chisholm, Director of DF Multifamily. “We couldn’t be prouder of our team members who work tirelessly to ensure DF Multifamily managed communities operate at the highest possible standards.”
Founded in 1938 as a small business that grew to one of the nation’s largest property management companies, Drucker + Falk’s 2018 wins include “Community of the Year: Average Rents $975 - $1,149” for Chelsea Square Apartments; “Community of the Year: Average Rents $1,150 - $1,299” for Deco at CNB; and “Community of the Year: Average Rents $1,400 and Above”, the highest rental rate category, for Avia. Additionally, Drucker + Falk won “Best Amenity Package” for Avia.
Not only is it rare that one property management company wins three community of the year awards, but is especially rewarding when one of the properties is over 40 years old, Chelsea Square Apartments, and another just opened in 2017 in a highly competitive market, Avia. In addition, Deco, a nearly 100-year-old historic urban bank building, was recently renovated into luxury apartment homes. It is a reflection of the proven formula for success that DF Multifamily brings to its management services regardless of the age or type of property.
Drucker + Falk offers comprehensive multifamily services designed to address the most challenging and complex owner needs.
